Team Schedules/Results Reporting

We will continue to use and improve our on-line scoring system for entering your weekly matches.  The system provides:  1) team schedules and rosters, rankings and standings, 2) Online entry of weekly interclub results and 3) Detailed viewing of game and match results and player statistics.  To access the results reporting website:

Logging In:  Passwords will be provided at the Captain’s Meeting in October.  If you have any issues with passwords, please contact VP League.  Your user name for logging in will be “firstname.lastname” (e.g. “bill.smith”) and all members of the same team will have the same password.  Each person can change her/his password by clicking on the “Edit profile” link after logging in.  Everyone is encouraged to click on the “Edit profile” link and make sure their contact information is up to date.

Reporting Results: Results must be reported within one week of the scheduled match time – 0 points will be registered for both teams where match results are not received on time.  Players must log in to the system before they can enter match results.  If teams have not submitted their match results within 3 days, a reminder email will be sent to both team captains.

Either team may enter the match results. If one team has already entered the results, then the other team will be able to review their entries.  If the entered results are not accurate, please contact VP League to request a correction.  In the case of a dispute, teams will have two weeks to submit their correction to the VP league as outlined above. After two weeks, no corrections to the results will be allowed, barring mitigating circumstances.  Reporting time lines (based on the scheduled match time):

  • Results must be entered within 7 days.
  • A reminder email will be sent after 3 days.
  • Disputes or corrections must be submitted within 14 days.
